Kristina and Dan's Wedding 7.19.08

Here are a few pictures from my sister Kristina's wedding. I don't have many pictures from the reception- I'll have to get them from someone else. Tommy wouldn't walk down the aisle with just the flower girl so Nathan had to walk him down, but he still looked cute :) We had so much fun and we are so happy for both Kristina and Dan! Enjoy!

The weekend started with a bridesmaids' luncheon at my house on Friday.

Frog Legs!!

Tommy LOVES reptiles and amphibians of all sorts. He pretends to be a snake or a frog at least 10 times a day and they are always one of his favorite exhibits at the zoo and the pet store. He was so excited when Nathan found this frog outside tonight.

Such a big boy!!

It was a big day at our house! For a month or two now I have been saying that we would do all of the "big boy" stuff after Aunt Kristina's wedding. Well, the wedding was Saturday so today was the big day! We started potty training and had 4 successes on the potty and 9 accidents. Hopefully tomorrow will go better! We also set up his toddler bed and he was so excited about it! We tucked him in an hour ago and so far haven't seen or heard him so maybe he actually stayed in :) He's not a baby anymore!

So happy to be in his "big bed!"

Happy Fourth of July!

For the fourth, we headed up to Crystal Mountain in northern Michigan with Nathan's family. It was a great little get-away and Tommy had a blast with all of his cousins!

After fishing, Tommy got to sit on Grandpa's motorcycle and push all of the buttons. He thought it was pretty cool!

Crystal Mountain has a great water park for the kids-Tommy was a little "scary" of the slide and would only do it with daddy or one of his older cousins.

We drove to Frankfort for the fireworks and even had time for ice cream before.

Watching the fireworks- Tommy LOVED them, but thought they were really loud, so he kept his hands over his ears the entire time. Now he asks every morning if we can go see fireworks again.

We rode the chairlift to the top of the mountain. It was a gorgeous night.

Summer Days!

We are all moved into our new house and enjoying the summer!

Tommy loves to eat popsicles in the backyard- look how tall he is getting!
