On Saturday we headed to the zoo in Columbia, SC. It was a beautiful day for the zoo and we had a great time.
Where to next dad? Tommy was very involved in choosing where we went next after every stop!
He is still talking about the giraffe eating out of his hand. That was declared the favorite at the end of the day.
Watching the elephants- they were the most anticipated exhibit and they got into a fight while we were there- so exciting! Tommy didn't understand that the elephants were eating the grass they were picking up and told me that he thought it was helpful that the elephants were cleaning up :)

What a fun day at the zoo! This is Tommy's new smile- he closes his eyes. He has also decided that it is cool to wear a hat, but he insists on putting it on himself and it usually ends up sideways.
