It was an absolutely wonderful summer and I am so sad that it's over! We celebrated its end by relaxing and wrapping up a few projects around the house. Tommy went up to Traverse City with Nathan's parents so we drove up there on Sunday to pick him up. Monday we had a picnic dinner at my parents' house and the kids had fun splashing in the pool. It was a nice way to cap off our summer!
